Aircraft Spirals Uncontrollably into Palm Trees at Frequented Southern California Coast
A chopper flying over a crowded California shoreline abruptly commenced twirling out of control, finally losing altitude and crashing into a cluster of palm fronds as spectators looked on.
Recordings shared on the internet show the chopper commencing to spiral over Huntington Beach then plunging in the direction of the edge of the shore, where it ends up lodged amidst palms and a staircase close to the coastal road.
First Aid Information
Local firefighters stated five persons were rushed to the hospital comprising a pair who were in the chopper and were “extracted safely from the crash site” after the incident on that day.
Three individuals on the pavement were harmed. Information on their condition were still under review.
The reason for the accident was still under investigation.
